About Me
I am a Technical Team Lead / Senior Software Developer with 8 years experience, predominantly building database-driven web applications. I have a passion for building the best software I possibly can and am interested in not just technologies but also the processes and tools that can get a software team up and running in the most efficient and productive manner.
I have learnt an awful lot from the art of extreme programming, including what shortcuts a project team could take as well as those they should avoid, and firmly believe that nurturing a proper environment and culture amongst colleagues can pay worthwhile dividends very quickly.
My primary tech skills are Java and Oracle combined with various related Open Source technologies – Spring, Hibernate, Apache, Tomcat etc.
My CV with full technical details is available on this site, and you can view my LinkedIn profile if you follow the link below. Alternatively, if you wish to contact me, please e-mail ame@andrew-eells.com.
